Due to COVID-19 and in order to complywith the health instructions requested by the government, we have had to adaptourworkorganization to best ensureyoursafety and that of our staff.<\/p>\n

The hotel:<\/strong>
\nThe receptionswelcomeyou in strict compliance withhealth instructions: directions of movement, materialized by arrows on the ground, have been set up and hydro-alcoholic gel isavailable in several points of our establishments.
\nFor yoursafety and that of our staff, in order to avoidany contamination, room accessremainsstrictlylimited and wewill no longer cleaning the roomsduringyourstay. If youwant a change of towels, a supplement of toiletries (Shampoo, shower gel, toiletpaper, etc \u2026) or thatwetake out the trash, pleasenotify us by putting the sign \u201cThankyou for makingmy room \u00bb on the outsidehandle of yourdoor and our teams will do the necessary.
\nOn the day of yourdeparture, youwillpleaseventilateyour room by opening the windows, beforeour teams enter.<\/p>\n

Catering:<\/strong>
\nThe Restaurants of the H\u00f4tel du Parc in Niederbronn les Bains, the Alexain in Trois Epis and the H\u00f4tel Munsch in Saint Hippolyte, are open but withrestricted menus and in accordance with the healthprotocol.
\nWearing a maskiscompulsory for all your trips withinour establishments.<\/p>\n

Breakfast :<\/strong>
\nBreakfast willbeserved as a buffet, it\u2019sour staff whowill serve you.<\/p>\n

Swimming pools, Wellness and treatments:<\/strong>
\nAs part of the healthprotocol, the use of the swimming pool issubject to compliance with a physical distance of 2 meters and a gauge of 50% of the authorizedworkforce; the gauge will end on June 30, with the obligation to maintain a physical distance of 2 meters in the followingmonths.
\nLockers are not accessible during the covidperiod.
\nFor treatments, ourcabins are disinfectedbetweeneach client and wearing a maskiscompulsoryduringtreatment.<\/p>\n
